When it comes to wedding dresses, we've heard it more often than not; the "It's too sparkly!" alongside the "I don't want glitter!" Luckily for all of our gorgeous brides-to-be, there's a new kind of sparkle in the house! Typical wedding dresses have sequins, rhinestones or beading as the top layer of embellishment, generally hand-sewn onto the lace or tulle, but lately, designers have been adding a layer of glitter tulle underneath to create depth and dimension in the skirt of the dress.
A sparkle fabric may seem too over the top when seen on its own, but when paired with a simple lace pattern and layers of tulle, it gives your gown some character and charm. It's an easy add-on, too, if brides are looking to add a bit of sparkle to their wedding dress without the added cost of hand-beading.
