DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
Brides are more than welcome to walk in any time to view our collections! However, an appointment will need to be made in order to try on our wedding gowns.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT?
Our appointment fee is a non-refundable $25.00. The appointment will include a complimentary pair of Shapewear and will typically last 1.5 hours with a dedicated bridal consultant.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Just yourself! If you'd like, you can also wear shape wear for modesty purposes or ease of fit. Check out The Appointment page for a more in-depth look on what to expect.
WHAT SAMPLE SIZES DO YOU CARRY FOR TRY-ON PURPOSES?
Bridal gowns run smaller than regular street size. Our store samples are mainly Size 12's with a smattering of Size 10's. We only carry one size in each dress so it may not be your size or the size you are looking for. No worries if you're not the perfect sample size! We’ll help you envision how the dress will look on you, even if it’s not an exact fit. In addition, some silhouettes, like ball gowns and A-line dresses, are easier to try on even if the size isn’t perfect. Talk to your consultant and we’ll do everything we can to help you feel comfortable and confident during your appointment!
DO YOU CARRY PLUS SIZE FOR TRY ON IN YOUR STORE?
Yes! We carry a small plus size collection of our best sellers and are constantly working on expanding that collection. Sizes range from 18-24.
WHAT'S YOUR PRICE RANGE?
Our made to order gowns typically range from $1,200 - $3,700, with the majority around $1,800. For budge-conscious brides, we offer first day purchase promotions, competitive pricing, and our sample gowns can also be purchased off-the-rack as-is, typically starting around $1,000. Last call, quick ship gowns are also available online only here.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING WITH ME?
Our dressing areas can comfortably accommodate the bride and 4 additional people and we recommend no more than 6. While the more the merrier, hearing too many opinions can be overwhelming for even the most confident of brides. Please note any Covid restrictions when making your appointment.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
While we are a family-friendly store, we can not accommodate small children under the age of 12 for the safety of your children who may pick up small beads and rhinestones. If you need to bring children to your appointment, we do ask they are given a separate form of entertainment and remain seated during the appointment.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?
Bridal wear is NOT custom made, so alterations will be necessary. Your measurements will be taken and used as a guide to help pick a size based on the designers size chart. You should fit for the largest area of your body whether it be the bust, waist or hip. Bridal wear is not the same as ready to wear street clothing. You may have to order a larger size and have it altered to fit.
HOW DOES THE ORDERING PROCESS WORK?
Once you've said Yes!, our consultant will take your measurements and walk you through your options. We then require a 60% down payment at the time of your order, and the remainder is due when your gown arrives. Once your order is submitted, no changes or cancellations can be made since all orders are custom.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR MEASUREMENTS?
Yes, we do charge a $20 measuring fee if you are not placing an order with Misora Bridal Boutique. The fee is used towards your dress purchase if you place an order with us.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ORDER A WEDDING DRESS?
Wedding gowns take 4-6 months to arrive. Wedding accessories take 2-3 months to arrive. For brides requiring gowns before the ship dates, some wedding designers may offer rush or have stock pieces that we may be able to get in sooner.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the made-to-order nature of the wedding business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All sample sales are "as is" and final sale. Misora Bridal does not accept exchanges or refunds once you've purchased your dress and/or accessory. Deposits are also non refundable and non transferable.
ARE ALTERATIONS INCLUDED?
The majority of wedding gowns need at least some alterations to ensure the ideal fit and length and will vary from bride to bride and from gown to gown. Alterations costs are not included in the price of your wedding gown. Check out our blog post for what to expect. We also work with 3 outside tailors, who we highly recommend.

Yes, our gown steaming fee is $60.
